When an establishment registered themselves under provident fund scheme due to the condition of having 20 or more employees they have to file the return monthly as per the compliance requirement of the employee provident fund scheme.the due date of every month return is 25th of the month and the annual return is 25th april of every financial year which is end on 31st march .this scheme is basically encourage habbit of saving among employees so they can feel secure themselves or their family at the time of their retirement.the contribution which is made by the employees and employers in this scheme in equal ratio on monthly basis.there are various forms which is prescribed under the scheme for filing of returns or various compliances depending upon the need of scheme.
