Digital Signature

As we know now all processes from incorporation of company to striking off company there is a basic need arise for signing that forms is digital signature.

Digital signature is very amazing concept given by the ministry of corporate affairs to sign the documents to be submitted in an electronic form  for seek of security and authencity of the documents so that no one misuse the signature of any person .

Digital signature are used for lots of works like company incorporation, gst work,regular compliances of mca, roc filing,e-tenders, llp incorporation, gst registration,annual returns,etc.

Three types of digital signature are available according to specific need:

Class ii, class iii,dgft dsc

Class 1:- this type of signature is used only for a safe and secure email communication.

Class 2:- generally this type of signature is used for the incorporation services, striking off services,, compliance services, itr services, gst services, return filing, annual filing etc.

Class 3:- this type of signatures are generall y used for ipr services and government tender filing.

Dgft dsc :- for the purpose of coding import export code in digital signature
